Ken will be taking his class to some of the most spirited and colorful areas of Manhattan to paint this great city on location. We will choose from the following locations: Chinatown, Greenwich Village, the East Village, the Lower East Side, Central Park, Battery Park and along the Hudson River. On our last day the class is invited to a wine and cheese reception in the garden of a West Village apartment!

For those of you coming from out of town a wonderful way to save money on your lodging is to reserve your room at the Pod Hotel at 230 E 51st St http://www.thepodhotel.com/ Rooms can be had for as little as $129 a night and money can be saved by sharing smaller double occupancy rooms. They're in a friendly and convenient neighborhood on the east side.
